Although it’s the go-to place for vlogs, music videos and great animal content, YouTube probably isn’t the first thing you turn to for feature films. However, the video-sharing platform hosts a number of ad-supported free movies that are worth watching.
For example, the comedy classic Legally Blonde, the critically acclaimed sci-fi horror film The Endless and frequently recommended The documentary Jiro Dreams of Sushi is available on YouTube.
A part of YouTube’s free movie offers are also available to stream for free with ads elsewhere. Legally Blonde, for example, offers fashion-forward looks (and compelling court cases) on Pluto TV, Tubi, and The Roku Channel as well.
But assuming YouTube is already loaded, here’s what to watch now. The majority of these films received generally favorable or better reviews. according to Metacritic. Others, like The Sandlot, still deserve an addition.
